Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy

Welcome to Ready 4 Holiday Travel. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your booking:

  1. Provider’s Policy Compliance:
    As an intermediary booking platform, all flights, hotels, apartments, and car rental bookings are directly subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the parent company or the specific service provider. These terms are clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment configuration.
  2. Non-Refundable Bookings:
    If a customer selects a booking marked as “Non-Refundable”, they are not entitled to any structural refunds or modifications in the event of cancellation, alteration, or refusal of the room/service upon arrival for any personal reasons.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    In the event of a “No-Show” (failure to arrive at the hotel, pick up the vehicle, or board the flight on the scheduled date without prior notice), the provider reserves the right to charge a No-Show fee, which may amount to the cost of the first night or the full booking amount. Ready 4 Holiday Travel holds no liability for such charges.
  4. Refund Processing:
    For bookings that qualify for “Free Cancellation” and are canceled within the allowed time frame, the refund will be automatically processed back to the original credit/debit card via Stripe within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank’s regulations.
